This site looks like ModelMayhem where models can directly interact with photographers and other models. But it is not. Male Muscleboykanan is simply a site where models and photographers get exposure, and most of the time a link is provided to their profile at an external site.

I have been searching Instagram but he doesn’t seem to be on Instagram. So he is probably an inactive male model.
I think that the best way to contact models these days is through Instagram.
